LandMark is continuously seeking new data to fill in the gaps in data coverage. Help us close the map gap by contributing data to LandMark.
Community-level data methods
Local-scale boundaries of the lands that are held or used by Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities. These data were aggregated from numerous sources and data providers around the world, and organised into a consistent global typology.
Includes the following LandMark datasets:
- Indigenous Peoples' and Local Community Land Maps;
- Indicative Areas of Indigenous and Community Land Rights;
- Indigenous and Community Natural Resource Rights.
